1960s semi on Priestwood Avenue — yellow brick, flat-roofed garage, three bedrooms, one bathroom, separate WC, lounge, dining room, kitchen with a door onto a long rear garden. 3 years at £1,450/month, Haart Bracknell managing. Parked on the driveway — no CPZ. Kitchen: Beko double oven, top grill cavity barely used but the lower cavity had three years of roast fat baked across the roof and both side walls. Caustic gel, two passes at 25-minute dwell. Worktop had a heat scorch mark from a pan placed directly on the laminate — not a cleaning issue, photographed and flagged. Vinyl flooring had a yellow discolouration rectangle where a rubber-backed mat had been sitting — chemical reaction between the rubber and the vinyl over three years. Scrubbed with sugar soap — lightened but didn't fully remove, flagged as wear. Bathroom: 1960s pink suite — basin, bath, and toilet all in matching pink.
