End of Tenancy Cleaner
Team Lead — End of Tenancy
Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Specialist
End of Tenancy Cleaner
Our core role. You'll carry out end of tenancy cleans across London as part of a small team, following our 67-point checklist to inspection-ready standards. Properties range from studios to 4+ bedroom houses.
What You'll Do
Carry out end of tenancy cleans to checkout inspection standard
Follow the room-by-room checklist for every property
Use professional-grade products safely and effectively
Photograph key areas for documentation purposes
Communicate with the team lead on any issues or pre-existing damage
What We're Looking For
Previous professional cleaning experience preferred — not essential
Physically fit and comfortable with a full day of active work
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently within a team
Right to work in the UK
Willingness to travel across London (travel between jobs is paid)
What You Get
End of tenancy cleaning is specialist work — and we treat it that way.
Structured Training
Full training on end of tenancy cleaning techniques, inventory clerk assessment criteria, product knowledge, and surface safety. You don't need to arrive knowing everything — we invest in getting you to the standard.
Consistent Work
End of tenancy cleaning is year-round work with peaks in summer and the new year. Full-time team members get consistent hours. Part-time cleaners can choose their availability week by week.
Competitive Pay
Rates reflect the specialist nature of end of tenancy work — this isn't regular domestic cleaning. Pay is per job, not per hour, so efficient teams earn more. Team leads receive a higher rate reflecting their responsibility.
All Products & Equipment Provided
We supply all professional-grade cleaning products, equipment, and consumables. You don't need to buy or carry your own supplies. Specialist tools, degreasers, descalers, microfibre cloths — everything is provided.
Travel Between Jobs
Travel time between jobs is accounted for. We coordinate schedules to minimise unnecessary travel and cluster jobs geographically where possible.
Growth Opportunities
Cleaners who demonstrate consistent quality and reliability can progress to team lead roles. Team leads can move into area coordination. We're growing — there's room to grow with us.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
No two properties are the same — but every day follows the same structured approach. Here's what to expect. For the full detail on our process, see our cleaning standards.
Morning
Receive your job sheet for the day — property address, size, any special instructions. Collect products and equipment if not already loaded.
Arrival
Team meets at the property. Quick walkthrough to note the condition and any pre-existing issues. Brief from the team lead on priorities.
The clean
Work through the property room by room following the checklist. Kitchen and bathrooms first (products need dwell time), then bedrooms, living areas, hallways.
Quality check
Team lead walks the property against the checklist. Key areas photographed. Any shortfalls addressed before leaving.
Wrap-up
Property secured, tenant or agent notified, equipment packed. On to the next job or done for the day.
How to Apply
Four steps. No lengthy application forms, no assessment centres — just a conversation and a paid trial day.

Join a team on a real job. You'll see how we work, meet the team, and we'll see how you work. This is a paid day — not free labour.
Welcome aboard
If it's a good fit both ways, you're in. Full training begins, and you're assigned to a regular team and schedule.
