These are estimates for properties in standard move-out condition — heavily soiled or neglected properties may take longer. We always allow enough time to complete the checklist properly rather than rushing to fit a time slot.

How many cleaners will come to my property?

Team size is matched to the property. Studios and 1-beds typically get a team of 2. 2-3 bedroom properties get 2-3 cleaners. Larger properties or those requiring add-on services (carpet cleaning, for example) may have 3-4 team members. More people doesn't always mean faster — it means we can allocate specialists to wet areas while others handle bedrooms and living spaces.

What do I need to do before the cleaners arrive?

Remove all personal belongings — the property should be empty of your possessions. Defrost the freezer if applicable (ideally 24 hours before). Ensure we can access the property — either be present, arrange for a key to be left, or coordinate with the letting agent. Let us know about parking arrangements, alarm codes, and any access restrictions. That's it.

Do you take before and after photos?

Yes. We photograph key areas including oven interior, hob, extractor fan, bathroom fixtures, and any areas of pre-existing damage or wear. Photos are date-stamped and serve as evidence if any deposit dispute arises. This is standard on every job — you don't need to request it.

Can I book a same-day end of tenancy clean?

Yes, subject to team availability. Same-day bookings are accepted up until mid-morning for afternoon slots. Availability depends on the day and property size.
